Shipping Policy – Between Worlds (Liminal Mail)

Thank you for supporting Between Worlds and our monthly snail mail experience, Liminal Mail. Each letter is carefully prepared and sent with intention. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Schedule
Liminal Mail follows a monthly cycle:
- Order deadline: The 20th of each month
- Dispatch date: The 24th of each month
If the 24th falls on a Sunday or UK bank holiday, your mail will be sent on the next working day.
Orders placed after the 20th will be included in the following month’s mail-out.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship:
- Within the United Kingdom
- Internationally (selected destinations)
If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class.
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch
- This service is untracked
International Shipping
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard (letter post).
- Estimated delivery: 5–14 working days (varies by destination)
- This service is untracked
- Delivery times may be affected by customs and local postal services
Processing
- Orders are prepared in line with our monthly schedule
- All items are dispatched together on the monthly send date

Shipping costs are include in the subscription.
Delays & Delivery Issues
While we take care to dispatch on time, Between Worlds is not responsible for:
- Postal delays after dispatch
- Customs processing times
- Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost Mail
If your item appears to be lost:
- Please allow full delivery time based on your location
- Contact us after this window has passed
We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement where appropriate.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Address changes must be made before the 20th deadline
- We cannot replace items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
