Refunds & Returns Policy – Between Worlds (Liminal Mail)

Thank you for supporting Between Worlds and our snail mail experience, Liminal Mail. Each piece is thoughtfully curated and includes a letter, art prints, a calendar piece, and quotemarks. As our items are small-batch and handmade, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Subscriptions

Liminal Mail is available as a recurring monthly subscription.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
  • Once a billing cycle has been processed, that month’s shipment is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

One-Off Purchases

We also offer single (one-time) purchases of Liminal Mail.

  • All one-off purchases are final sale once processed.
  • We are unable to offer cancellations or refunds after the order has been confirmed.

Refunds & Replacements

Due to the limited and handmade nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • Your package is confirmed lost in transit

To request this, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and include:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Orders that have already been shipped
  • Subscription or one-off purchases once fulfilled

If something is not right, please contact us, we want you to have a good experience.

Shipping

All Liminal Mail is sent via standard postal services.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses

If your mail has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us and we will look into it.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

  • Address updates must be made before your next billing or order processing date
  • We cannot replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout
